· Orders placed using Gift Cards cannot be modified.

· Gift Cards are multi-redeemable.

· Valid only in India.

· Only valid on the GIVA Website, GIVA' App and GIVA Exclusive Brand Outlets.

· Refunds for orders processed through Gift Cards will be credited to the GIVA Wallet.

· E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
